Ascensive HR Consultants Private Limited are looking for Store Managers for the Retail Department.

The Role:

The SM with 3 - 4 years of experience in Value Retail to drive business, oversee inventory, manage manpower, enhance customer service, optimize visual merchandise, execute marketing, handle finance and administration, process orientation, and ensure achievement of key performance indicators for sustained success in the industry.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
• Efficiently manage stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring optimal inventory.
• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance.
• Uphold high standards of customer service for a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee the presentation of products to enhance visual appeal and sales.
• Execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales. 
• Manage financial transactions, budgets, and administrative tasks effectively.
• Establish and enforce streamlined processes for operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with key performance indicators to meet or exceed set targets.
