Job Description:

We at Ascensive HR Consultants Private Limited are looking for GM Service for the Automobile Department.

The Role:

 The GM will lead and mentor service team, fostering a collaborative environment for goal achievement. Set performance expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement policies for exceptional service experiences. Oversee daily operations, optimize profitability, and maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to address areas of improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service department profitability, including upselling of services and maintenance packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all service operations, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
