The Customer Care Executive drives profitable relationships with key customers, oversee team-managed accounts, swiftly resolve complaints, and promote the latest products for increased sales. Expand the customer base through upselling, address individual needs, exhibit proficiency in Microsoft applications, possess superior product knowledge, and demonstrate leadership as a positive, team-oriented player.
