The Role: The Assistant Manager in Planning has dynamic role requiring initiative, prioritization, and effective day-to-day decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at reviewing reports. Essential expertise in data analytics and a must-have hands-on experience in MS Excel for precise planning and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Plan product ranges and architecture, collaborate on sales and stock plans with buyers.
• Maintain a comprehensive data library.
• Forecast profits and sales, optimizing volume and profitability.
• Plan budgets, present sales forecasts for new ranges.
• Control stock levels based on season forecasts.
• Handle sales statistics, analyse bestsellers, and monitor slow sellers, implementing pricing and promotions.
• Analyse previous season sales and report on current season lines, including Open-to-Buy (OTB) and Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake (WSSI).
